Tournament Fees
Register your clan at no cost. BBC is only needed when entering a tournament season.

Tournament Flow: Register your clan (free) → Pay 40 BBC season entry fee → Compete in weekly phases (p1–p4) → Qualify through eliminations → Win prize pool in BBC. Solo players can join without a clan, register on the marketplace, and accept contracts from clans. All payouts are in BBC convertible to INR at 1:10 rate.
Step-by-Step
Select a preset amount (100, 500, 1000, or 2000 BBC) or enter a custom value. Minimum top-up is 20 BBC (₹200). The equivalent INR amount is displayed instantly.
The BattleBuket backend registers a unique payment intent with the payment gateway, locks the exchange rate at 1 BBC = ₹10, and returns a secure payment URL tied to your account.
You are securely redirected to the payment page — supporting UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking. No sensitive data passes through BattleBuket servers.
Authorize the payment on the gateway's interface. Once completed, the gateway sends a signed callback directly to the BattleBuket backend with the transaction status.
The backend verifies the callback signature, credits the BBC amount to your wallet via a Firestore transaction, and updates your balance instantly — no manual approval needed.
A green confirmation screen appears with the credited BBC amount and order ID. Your wallet balance refreshes across all devices in real time. A transaction record is permanently stored.

2. Backend verifies checksum using merchant salt key → rejects if signature mismatch
3. Valid payment → Firestore transaction credits BBC via google_firestore.Increment() (atomic, idempotent)

By accessing or using BattleBuket, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
You must be at least 18 years old to use BattleBuket. You must provide accurate registration information including a valid email and Riot ID.
BBC (Battle Buket Coin) is an in-platform virtual currency with a fixed exchange rate of 1 BBC = ₹10 INR. BBC can be purchased, earned through tournament play, and withdrawn subject to verification. BBC has no value outside the BattleBuket platform and is not redeemable for cash except through the official withdrawal process.
Clans must pay the season entry fee (40 BBC) to participate. All matches are verified through Riot Games API integration. False match reporting, cheating, or collusion results in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of all BBC balances.
Withdrawals are subject to 30% TDS on amounts above ₹10,000 as per Indian Income Tax regulations. You are responsible for providing valid KYC documents (PAN, Aadhaar) before withdrawal. Withdrawal processing takes 1-2 business days.
BattleBuket reserves the right to suspend or ban accounts for violations including but not limited to: fraud, multi-accounting, API abuse, harassment, or match manipulation. Banned accounts forfeit all BBC balances.
BattleBuket is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or disputes arising from third-party services (Riot Games, payment gateways, Firebase).
We collect: name, email address, Riot ID and PUUID, Valorant match statistics, KYC documents (PAN, Aadhaar), payment transaction records, device information, and usage analytics.
Your data is used to: operate the tournament platform, verify match results, process payments and withdrawals, comply with Indian tax regulations, send important notifications, and improve platform features.
We share data with: Riot Games (for match verification via their API), PhonePe / payment gateways (for transaction processing), Google Firebase (for database hosting and authentication), and Indian tax authorities (as required by law). We never sell your personal data.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days. Transaction records are retained for 7 years to comply with Indian tax law.
We implement encryption for PII data, HTTPS for all communications, Firebase App Check for API protection, and regular security audits. No payment card data is stored on our servers.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting support@battlebuket.com.
All BBC purchases are final and non-refundable once the BBC has been credited to your wallet. BBC is a virtual currency loaded onto the platform, similar to arcade tokens or game credits.
If payment is deducted from your bank but BBC is not credited due to a technical error, contact support within 7 days with your Order ID. We will investigate and credit BBC or initiate a refund within 5-7 business days.
Season entry fees (40 BBC) are non-refundable once the season has started. If a season is cancelled by BattleBuket administration, entry fees will be credited back to all registered clans.
Refund requests due to platform errors are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@battlebuket.com with your transaction ID and detailed description of the issue.
Matches can be cancelled by the lobby creator only before the match is marked LIVE. Cancelling a match after it starts requires majority vote (6/10 players).
Clan registration for a season can be cancelled within 24 hours of payment. After 24 hours or once the first phase begins, the entry fee is non-refundable.
A solo contract can be cancelled by either party before it is locked. Once locked, the contract amount is held in escrow and released only per the contract terms. Early termination requires clan leader and solo player mutual agreement.
You may request account deletion at any time via the Settings page. Deletion is processed after OTP verification. Any remaining BBC balance will be forfeited upon deletion unless a withdrawal is initiated before the deletion request.
BattleBuket reserves the right to cancel any tournament, match, or transaction if fraudulent activity is detected. Affected users will be notified and legitimate funds returned.
